Can my employer fire me for organizing?

No. And if they try, they will be breaking the law.

Most employer’s website states that they “Respect employee’s right of freedom of association and collective bargaining.” However, we believe they will do anything they can to discourage employees from organizing.

They will not fire anyone from joining a union but if an employee has other work-related problems, they may use them as an excuse to dismiss you.
