- Who you are
- Where you live
- How long you or your spouse worked in the mines
- Whether you were injured in the mines or have black lung
- How much you receive in your pension payment each month
- What you use it for
- What it would mean if that pension were to be cut or wiped out entirely
Please be polite and respectful, and tell your story as best you can.
