On July 13, 2018 the Joint Select Committee on Multi-Employer pensions met in Columbus, Ohio to discuss a solution to America’s Pension Crisis.
On July 12th, the UMWA, along with the Teamsters and the Bakery Workers, brought over 13,000 people to the Ohio State Capitol to remind Congress we will not stop fighting for the hard-earned pensions American Workers have earned and deserve.
The fight continued on July 13th with workers and supporters rallying outside the Ohio State Capitol during the hearing.
