Membership dues for each work site are determined by multiplying the lowest wage in the Agreement by three.
For example: if the lowest wage in an Agreement is $20.00 an hour, your monthly dues will be $60.00 a month. If the lowest wage is $25.00 an hour, your monthly dues will be $75.00 a month.
It is based on the lowest wage level in the Agreement not YOUR wage level.
There is also a once-a-year political action fee of $10.00. The initiation Fee of $200.00 is waved for all Employees who are working at the time of the first Agreement.
